What is the difference between automation and AI?
Automation follows defined rules to move work from step to step — matching, routing, posting, reminding. AI handles the parts that need understanding, such as reading an email or a scanned document. Most YANC solutions combine both, with automation doing the steps and AI handling the unstructured inputs.
