This policy explains what personal information YANC collects through yanc.co.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you, and we never sell your information.
Who we are

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, company and phone or WhatsApp number (both optional) and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely and reliably.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The interactive demos run entirely in your browser; anything you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your business challenge.
- To keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up properly.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We will not add you to marketing emails without your permission, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and handle enquiries. They process information only on our behalf and for these purposes:
- Website hosting (Lovable and its infrastructure providers) to serve the site.
- Email delivery (Resend) to send contact-form enquiries to our team.
- Customer relationship management (Zoho CRM) to keep a record of enquiries and follow-ups.
We may also disclose information if required by law. These providers may process data in countries other than your own; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it or keep it only where the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email admin@yanc.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
