Connect

Systems Integration

YANC connects a business's systems — CRM, ERP, accounting, e-commerce, warehouse, email and WhatsApp — so information flows between them automatically, for growing businesses in India, the UAE and Australia whose teams currently re-key data and reconcile it by hand.

Is this you?

Signs your business needs systems integration

  • Orders won in the CRM are typed again into the ERP or accounting system
  • Customer records are duplicated or out of date across systems
  • Stock, orders and invoices disagree depending on which system you check
  • Reports need exports from several systems stitched together
What we build

What YANC delivers

CRM, ERP and accounting integration

Customers, orders, invoices and payments kept in step across systems, with duplicates caught and linked.

E-commerce and warehouse connections

Online orders, stock levels and dispatch updates flowing between the shop, the warehouse and finance.

Messaging and notifications

Email, WhatsApp and team notifications triggered by what happens in your systems.

Sync monitoring

A log of every record synced, with anything that fails held for a person to fix instead of silently lost.

How we work

From business problem to working solution

  1. 1

    Start with the problem

A conversation about what is slowing the business down. No technical brief needed.

  2. 2

    Pick one process

Choose where time, money or speed is lost most — repetitive, high-volume, getting harder with growth.

  3. 3

    Build and connect

Design the smallest useful solution and connect it to the systems you already use.

  4. 4

    Prove it, then scale

Measure the result, keep people in control, and extend what works to the next process.

Questions, answered

Systems Integration: common questions.

Why integrate systems before adding AI?

AI and automation are only as good as the data they can reach. When systems are disconnected, information is duplicated and out of date. Connecting them first gives one version of the truth that automation and AI can then act on.

Can YANC integrate the systems we already use?

Usually, yes. YANC works with the systems a business already has, using their APIs, connectors or file exchanges, rather than asking the business to replace them.

What happens when a sync fails?

In a YANC integration, a record that cannot be synced — for example a missing VAT number or a possible duplicate customer — is held and shown to a person with the reason, instead of being lost or creating bad data.
